I might lose part of my foot. I am getting an MRI (if my @*#^^! insurance will pay) to see if I have a bone infection. However, even if I do, the doc will NOT do surgery, as he says my blood sugars are not stable enough to heal from the surgery itself! This is very serious. He is going to write my insurance a letter- another voice expressing the extreme urgency of getting me into ed treatment, or SOMEWHERE that my blood sugars and eating can even out. I AM taking my insulin, extra even, but it is impossible to keep up. I am still binging every night (and not purging as much).
Does anyone have any suggestions? This is what I was warned about over half my life ago. This is real now. I am only 37 and my life is in jeopardy.
